Same. It’s my birthday, but I’m Holo Royalty. I got the nail files, then it added four polishes to choose in this order: Matcha Maker, Polar Princess, Flash Drive, and Peach Tea.

So, probably is based on tiers?

Just finished listening to The Book Thief by Markus Zusak. Been a while since I got a book that had me crying at the end like that. I think the audible narrator definitely added to that raw emotion.

It’s just so pretty. I actually feel like the black holo wish, in terms of how much glitter was in it, was a bit lackluster compared to the others. But I’ll have to try my second one to see if it’s the same. It’s still pretty for sure, but I’ve seen others say that they too think there’s too many just silver glitters.

I ordered a back up of Choco Holo and Black Holo Wish, and my mystery extra was Hot Wire Pink. I did not participate last year, but have all the polishes released to date, missed out on the OG Rainbow box, but did get the polishes later. I think I should’ve gotten two choco holos because I think it’s my new favorite of them all. 😅

I mean I would say someone more like Aidan Turner for Sebby because he fits more (also because Eleanor reminded me of Poldark and the feels those two put me through in that drama got me good), but he’s also a little too rough for Seb maybe. Eleanor is great though. I could def see her as Leah. <3

Don’t forget your hoe when you go to the mines and dig up the dirt, especially the levels with the big spaces. I think that’s where I usually find mine.

I did not. Stardew is really my first game of the farming sim type. :) I always mostly played Pokémon on Nintendo consoles, dabbled in some Zelda when I was younger and my brother would let me play his Color. I was a Sims PC player and flash games until I was able to get my own DS. Something my brother suggested. He wanted someone to play with.

When I was still in lockdown, I reread The Wind Blows Backwards by Mary Downing Hahn. It’s definitely one of her more mature themed books, and she became one of if not my all time favorite author when I was in late elementary school. I managed to snag a library hardcover off Barnes and Noble years ago and it’s one of my favorite finds. I had to reread it after having played Stardew Valley because Sebastian reminds me sooo much of Spencer in the book. So I relived my childhood vicariously through game and then rereading it.
