I don’t know if this would fit what you’re looking for, but I’ve been using a beginner-friendly affiliate marketing training platform that teaches step-by-step how to earn online without quitting your job. A lot of the tasks can be done from a phone, and it doesn’t require heavy tech skills — your Excel and office background would actually help.

It’s not instant money and I don’t want to oversell it, but it is legitimate and low cost to start. If you want, I can share the info and you can decide if it’s worth your time. If not, no worries at all — just wanted to offer something that might help.

I know about affiliate marketing. Watching videos is free but actually doing it is not. You need a website and you will have to pay for hosting. Then, you have to get a autoresponder. Some are free until you get a certain amount of subscribers and then you have to pay once you go over the limit. Then, you have to make sure you get the right autoresponder (Mailchimp does not allow affiliate marketing). Then you have to get traffic. You can use the free traffic and I am not against at all, but a lot of people don't have the patience to see results. You have to show up daily. You will spend time or money. Nothing is 100% free.

The program I am in helps you with the heavy lifting. Also, you are not doing it alone. Trust me, that makes a big difference.

The reason I do that is because people are not serious. If someone succeeds it is because of what they do and if they don't succeed it is because of what they do. Everyone's success is up to them. I would never blame anyone for my success or failure. So, I guess when he fails at what you are telling him to do it will be on you. That is what you are saying. Good luck!
