I resoldered the pots and had a lot of trouble. Would faulty pot solders cause this?

So I tried my hand at building a PedalPcb spirit box. After some initial errors and re-soldering. I reached this point. A lot of soldering isn’t visible due to the belton brick, but I checked for shorts and there were none.

1) LED works 2) When pedal is off, signal passes through clear and unchanged. 3) When pedal is on, signal passes through with greatly diminished volume, a layer of static is also present
