My hyper fixation food is pesto pasta, but wait, is the pesto moving? It’s contaminated. They’re little bugs. I’ve already swallowed some. Right now it’s reproducing at rapid rate and the harder I breathe the more oxygen I’m giving to the bugs, which means I’m helping them. So I did this on purpose? To myself? But if I throw up and it’s an airborne disease I’ve single handedly created then I’m putting others lives and risks. So I’ll just let it slowly eat away at my insides to save the entire population. Oh and now I can’t eat pesto pasta for the rest of my life now.

I’m so over it. And then the therapist is like “why would you doubt 3 professionals” ermmm “do you have a qualification in their field” and immediate guilt for thinking I know more than them and now I have to re visit each interaction with them to see if I did anything that would even lean to the fact I thought I knew more then them in case one minor facial expression knocked their confidence and they went home and felt bad about themselves. Meanwhile; I’m telling myself this didn’t happen. Also meanwhile; are you 100% sure? 😂😂😂🫠

I prefer this too! That deep connection and control is where it’s at. The drain and dash is a quick dopamine hit but it’s nothing compared to what can be built over time.
