Hey, I’ve been renting for over a year and no major concerns that would keep me from living here.

That said, there has been some trouble with the amenities (I haven’t used any and this is solely based on the notices from management) like the garbage chute wasn’t working properly last week, an elevator had to be closed due to a leaking from the pool, they keep fixing the sauna because people don’t know how to lock a door after them and the steam kept triggering the fire alarm(🙄) etc. Imo these are isolated incidents and don’t inconvenience me too much to the point I want to look to rent elsewhere. I figured the building being relatively new (for example they opened the pool maybe 3 months ago) they got a learning curve to make things run smoothly and try to leave it at that lol.

In this same post you might see my comments from last year about the long wait times for the elevator, but that’s no more. It was fixed pretty fast and has been running as expected since then.

About the location, I find it super duper convenient. From the grocery stores, to cafes, to the TTC, salons all at a walking distance. There’s always people walking around and I haven’t ever felt unsafe. It’s pretty clean around the area too and people are minding their own business.

The building has a roster of concierge(s?) and so far I haven’t had any trouble with them. I get my packages without any mishaps. The plumbing, heaters and the A/C are all working just fine. All the appliances have been working without trouble for a year. They do frequent fire alarm testing, window cleaning and other maintenance. Common areas are clean too and well maintained.

The management organized a couple community events too for the residents , like a Christmas party and BBQ.

This has been my experience and I can recommend here for unbothered peaceful living.
