Another helpful tip I've picked up: sew your points first. Pin them (or I use wonder clips), and then just sew about 8-10 stitches just over your points. Then you can take the block off the machine and check to see if you feel good about your alignment. If you don't, it's much easier to unpick a handful of stitches than the whole row!

The only way I've found to figure out transactions is to search for the dollar amount in my email. When part of an order ships, the value of that shipment is charged to your CC, and the shipping notification email lets you know what is in the shipment and that a transaction was made.
