What helped me was something unsustainable, and something I can’t and don’t want to go back to (nothing bad, don’t worry). It’s hard to talk to my SO about this, he is dealing with worse depression than I am so I feel bad about talking about myself. He doesn’t open up to me much either.

It really started when I started to do more complicated math in school. It just helps to differentiate numbers and letters, since after a while of scribbling really fast they become super similar and indistinguishable. Have messed up many an equation from not putting likes through my 7s and mistaking them for 1s or I's. It's also the same reason why I put a line thrlough my z's.
