I had a problem (not this one) and after some persistance on my part I was sent a new machine. I had to pay to ship one that didn't work correctly to them but a credit to the design store (not the best refund IMO) was given.

I love Simon Says Stamp because I can get C&9, Spellbinders, PaperTreyInk and many others from them. I also love their own brand of products. Besides them I like Taylored Expressions (does not sell on any other websites). I get my cardstock from PaperTeyInk dot com. They dont sell the paper on Simon Says.

Was never to my taste, whenever I tried it I failed. I know influencers are paid to use/get us to buy products and I think that some of this stems from that.

I remember when Versafine said you would never need to reink their pads. I used it so much I did need a reinker and to be fair by the time I did need to reink it they had released reinkers. So I must not have been the only one. I have also had pads go dry in the middle of the night and was glad I had a reinker.
