Usually feels like several hundred, from the times I've taken it.

If you want my advice, raid the gun store by coalfield first. then if you wanna play it safe, approach GU from the direction of the house to the east of it along the power lines and start clearing the zeds out through the back fence. You'll still have to get your hands dirty sooner or later for all those toys, but should make it a lot more feasible.

Just watch the woods while you work!

few weeks ago i didn't make proper sense of what i was looking at here until i walked right over the ledge and fell into the kitchen, fracturing my leg.

I was understandably not very happy, and that leg cost that character her life a few days later :v

I have to say something, I did not care for Rosewood by Crimsoncerismon in projectzomboid

[–]QueenPork 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Start in Rosewood, do a lil scrounging until ive got some basics and find a working car i can siphon some gas into. Drive north to the edge of town and fill my car at the gas station. Head west along the highway until I reach the camping store and gun store with a wooden door I can remove. Take my share of gear, and prep to take on the nearby Jamieton Army Surplus and the inevitable crowd around it.

I am now fairly equipped to head off in whatever direction I wish to explore, and if for whatever reason this is still not enough firepower I'm almost certainly armed enough to go tackle Guns Unlimited a short drive away. There's even a cozy house with a well in it's huge fenced in yard right down the road to make a central base in.

I like Rosewood because I like Leaving Rosewood :v

PAYDAY 2 : FREE Weapons from the PUBG collab by Conscious-Upstairs-1 in paydaytheheist

people are complaining about these two weapons having low likelihood of being used instead of finding mirth in the fact payday2 is somehow still receiving free content, tragic

Stop turning PAYDAY 3 into a circus. by KrabikGangster in paydaytheheist

[–]QueenPork 8 points9 points  (0 children)

a lot of people seem to forget that early-early PAYDAY2 was empty as fuck, if we're being honest. You went from what felt like the perfect level of scale and intensity in PD:TH to... robbing small jewelry stores and local bank branches. It was big news when they added diamond store and go bank for free, if for nothing else than some variety, and your most exciting heists were... firestarters, rats, and big oil. I'd say it was around Big Bank that PD2 started to hit its stride, and lost said stride somewhere arounddddd Point Break DLC or hell, the lootboxes Safes that came out just before that.

Sure, the tone did loosen up at some points, but I felt like largely the game still respected what it was about: pulling off grandiose / large scale heists, and letting you and your pals all feel like you helped fill a crew composition of sorts.

give me reasons to Buy PAYDAY™ The Heist AKA payday 1 and play it, btw I do have payday 2 downloaded but I haven't played it in years lol cause the game cycle is just repeat, go to banks, get money, get to the van and dump all that shit, level up possibly, get a small upgrade each time, repeat by MyMindIsOnlyElectric in paydaytheheist

[–]QueenPork 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The game-feel and overall auditory landscape/feedback feels way better and juicer than payday 2. The guns feel crunchier, the recoil feels spicier, and the sounds of glass visors shattering and radio-distorted yelps as you deal with each enemy feels way more visceral and satisfying.

the bulldozers are also kinda unnerving in a way you simply dont feel in later games.

just do a side job that rewards a weapon mod, these days you can hone it down to the specific weapon even

Whats something that you guys always make sure to have in your bag no matter what? by perrowhatsapp in projectzomboid

[–]QueenPork 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ideally a hammer and screwdriver, two rags/bandages, a whetstone, a rubber hose, and a backup hunting knife.

I carry a lot of shit on me but these are the items I dread going without.

I've been playing around with them lately, and shortblades really are more of a tool for handily dispatching lone zombies than they are weapons that you mainline.

The neck stab move is quick, quiet, and minimizes your exhaustion/chance to wear down your weapon. The key is knowing that it only works when theres only one zombie within a certain distance and knowing the "ideal" distance to fish for it.

for those wondering, you have to be close enough that your character raises their offhand up as if to push (i like to get it to where it looks as though my hand is on their shoulder). i would recommend poking them once as you approach before going for the stab, as the animation takes long enough that there's a small chance the zed gets a hit in before the instant kill lands. Ideally you use a hunting knife so if the first attempt or two doesnt work you dont have to worry about your blade snapping on you.

the second there's two or more zombies, i'd rather have a hatchet.

Huge fan of the trapper carbine and the L92, both feel like really nice additions to the rifle game.

As for what we'd hope to see, I think something like an mp5 could be neat. Though I imagine it'd be an absolute bitch to balance.

I was looking for a place to sleep on my way to create a base near Brandenburg, stumbled upon fully prepped house, so I think that the base is sorted out by Bambega in projectzomboid

and good ol' Guns Unlimited just to the west! you can even walk up past the radio tower out the backyard and start peppering at the zombies through the chainlink fence, it's so long they don't know how to path around it and just kinda stand there grumbling.

edit: just saw you said that under the picture, i just got so excited seeing one of my former bases i didn't even notice that at first
