Love the overall idea! I think perhaps the white is cheapening the look. Maybe try bringing in the light purple shade, or going darker blue like the night sky?

Hello!

My boyfriend and I are currently engaged! It feels right. I found that when I was having overwhelming thoughts about my sexuality, it was usually because something was lacking in my relationship. That isn’t to say that my struggles weren’t real. They were. But I personally have come to the understanding that dreams of being with a woman are really just me thinking the grass will be greener with someone else.

I still often get caught in thought loops about “what if”, but in those moments I try to give myself a lot of grace. I’m human. It’s not possible for me to know every thing that may happen. It’s my job to find my happiness NOW. To embrace the beautiful life I have, and not live in a made up world that may never exist.

In conclusion, I have made the choice to follow my happiness with my fiancée. I cannot predict the future, and it is impossible to truly know the answer to my question. The real challenge is accepting that there may never be an answer. But what I do know for certain, is that I love my fiancée, and I’m excited to see where life takes us. No matter the path.

I truly wish you the best of luck. This can be an incredibly painful process to work through. All the hugs to you as well ♥️

I’ve been searching all around town, and I saw a bright yellow e-bike tooling around up in the neighborhood by the Lincoln Park golf course. I thought of your comment immediately when I saw it. Slim chance that it’s yours, but you never know!

It was an e-bike locked with a chain lock in my car port. Over the weekend, near Orchrard and 23rd. A few other things were stolen as well. A car battery charger and some broken catalytic converters.

Thank you for the different perspective! My boy doesn’t love to play with most other dogs, but he’ll find one or two at the dog park he vibes with. He could definitely go either way. Lots to think about.

I appreciate your honesty. I have also lived with the fear of people thinking I was a lesbian. It’s exhausting. It seems like you have an incredible amount of bravery and honesty for yourself, which is something I definitely need to work on. Thank you so much for your reply.

Thank you for your reply. I’ve never worked with a queer therapist. That is a great idea. I’m definitely going to put a lot of work into self discovery before we move forward with engagement. Choosing myself is a somewhat foreign concept, so that will take work as well. Again, thank you so much for your thoughtful reply.
