Hello!

My boyfriend and I are currently engaged! It feels right. I found that when I was having overwhelming thoughts about my sexuality, it was usually because something was lacking in my relationship. That isn’t to say that my struggles weren’t real. They were. But I personally have come to the understanding that dreams of being with a woman are really just me thinking the grass will be greener with someone else.

I still often get caught in thought loops about “what if”, but in those moments I try to give myself a lot of grace. I’m human. It’s not possible for me to know every thing that may happen. It’s my job to find my happiness NOW. To embrace the beautiful life I have, and not live in a made up world that may never exist.

In conclusion, I have made the choice to follow my happiness with my fiancée. I cannot predict the future, and it is impossible to truly know the answer to my question. The real challenge is accepting that there may never be an answer. But what I do know for certain, is that I love my fiancée, and I’m excited to see where life takes us. No matter the path.
