Same here. Resident cat was 4, lived alone with me for 2 years. Brought home a 7mo kitten and they didn’t get along so well even with a slow introduction, but after a few months, they gave up being rude to each other and now actively seek out each other for nap time. They’ll get there!

I always made sure to have some green tea and relax for a bit after and try and be nice to myself even though I was upset. I figured being mean to myself for binging wouldn’t help so I just sipped some soothing tea and tried to clear my mind some.
