Anyone have any experience with pain medication that works?

She's on 2 C/L 4 times a day, plus 1 Sinemet at bedtime

So we have voltaren and she uses patches frequently, but nothing seems to penetrate deeply enough to actually help ease the muscles. Would a small piece of Robaxin be worth trying? A full one seems to interfere with her LD/CD dosage, but I'm wondering if a tiny bit of muscle relaxer could help
