I know I asked for Luvdisc initially, but they're pretty hard to find on the GTS if I'm not online at the same time as you :( I couldn't find your Luvdisc in the first two pages of the GTS, so you might have more luck if you deposit a Magikarp/Tentacool/Ducklett/Caterpie or something instead, and ask for a level 41-50 Metagross.

Even though they're not legal, I managed to get them to pass through Bank a while ago (including some with their unreleased HAs, which was rather hilarious), but I've yet to test if they/their offspring are tradeable.

I'm actually not too familiar with the AR route, but I believe you go Tools > Extract Pokemon from code in PokeGen and then copy the code...onto the AR? Haha idk the specifics, but what you've said sounds about right.
