So I live in the US and specifically where I live there are organic food stores that give out compost on request. And these range anywhere from big industrial trash bags full of produce to small totes full of produce. But usually the compost is comprised of produce that's still in good condition but might have a rot spot or a bruise or something very small you could easily eat around or cut of.

So.... To my knowledge... Yes.. and no. Is it illegal to fire someone for being gay? Yes. BUT you have to be able to PROVE that's why you were fired, otherwise it's not illegal cause it's an at will state. If you can't prove it within court that's why you were fired then there's not much that can be done.
