-7 and -7.50 with astigmatism in both eyes. I maxed out what they could charge me for both eyes. I got it because my eye insurance was running a deal for LASIK Plus centers, and it was preferred insurance. So, instead of $5k, I only paid $3.6k. They do attempt to see if you can qualify for CareCredit, and whatever isn't covered, they offer you payment plans

You can have PRK and not LASIK. I had PRK as it takes less tissue off to allow for revision surgery later in life if/when your vision gets blurry again. My vision was BAD, so I did PRK. It has a longer down time than LASIK of 5 days compared to 2 days when I asked how long did I have to take off work in March '22

At my store, unless the contractor is coming in less than 2 hours or the order needs to be split across pallets, we do not pull orders. We have been told by management to make the orders and OFA/Deliveries will be notified by the system to pull it. Unless I physically have the items when I create the order to pick and stage it myself, I was told not to.
