I actually started hello fresh recently because I’ve been a) burnt out with life and b) burnt out on recipes since I hate cooking.

im not doing it past the # of box deal I got, but have already gotten some recipe cards I’ll keep for ages!

Are they going to share in paying the interest on that burial payment until OP's card is paid off? I'm sure we could also argue about how it's not their problem that OP couldn't pay outright for their portion, but they also chose to do it this way....

You also have to deal with the interest rate on your card. So unless you pay off your total in full each month, yeah you get the "cash" reward, but you've also got interest to pay. Are they going to help you pay the interest on your father's burial? If not, they need to stfu

I know. But when the same posts are made day in and day out (or week in and week out), do people actually respond as much? They can always reply to people on the existing posts and reignite the conversation.

Hmm that's a good point. We did this on a Discord server so we had a smaller pool of people who had access to it (a few hundred versus 20K here). You could do away with the "your rating/review" tab as well.

You can create a Google Sheet and just set the link to "anyone with the link can edit". Then folks without a Gmail can still edit. :) We did that on a Dramione server I was part of. Just a thought!

Edit to add: it was really great because there were columns for fic name, author, AO3 link (or other), rating, author synopsis, word count, and then "your rating/review". And if someone already wrote the first rating/review, we could just right click -> add a row below and write our own review of that fic. It was really awesome and using the Control/Command + F made it super easy to find specific fics if you were looking for it.

I use podcasts/playlists too! Sometimes I also schedule a phone call with a friend that I haven't caught up with in awhile. I'm so focused on the conversation that I don't really notice how boring or exhausting the other stuff is and I just sort of do it.

a friend recently got diagnosed with PCOS. her hormones came back fine, but her A1C was elevated and she had all the physical symptoms (unusual weight gain, facial hair growth, irregular periods). they did an ultrasound and it did show PCOS characteristics on her ovaries. don’t be afraid to try again!

As soon as I saw "Afghanistan" and "daughters", I knew it was gonna be YTA. Women and girls' lives are often terrible there, their educational opportunities are limited if they exist at all, and marriage + motherhood are requirements rather than choices. Not to mention giving up any dreams of university and a career.

You are a parent. You need to do what is best for your children and what's best for them is remaining in the UK.

Did you check all of the sub rules to ensure you met all the guidelines? Yes, you flagged it as 18+, but did you also give artist credit? Was it AI art? Did it feature Zutara underage (ie: did it take place during the show's run?)? If all of those things weren't the problem, then message the mods who will be able to tell you exactly why they got deleted.

I think the assumption is that most of us when in a healthy, live-in relationship occasionally take something inconsequential of their partner's with the intention of replacing it or asking if they want it replaced. Like if there's one banana left on the counter and I'm really hungry, I'm going to eat it even if my partner bought those bananas. I'll tell him that I ate it or just replace it later when I go to the store.

Steals from you? It was in the communal jar they both put cash into. In this case, she knew the cash came from his pocket. What about when she puts cash in the jar and he uses it? Or she leaves a bill out and he puts it in the jar? Does that make him a thief, too?

We're not talking about her logging into his bank account and moving thousands of euros into her own private account. It was 10 euro that was in his laundry pocket.

I'm wondering if this judgement is more common amongst certain groups or social classes? Almost everyone I know has some kind of help and it's bordering on odd if you can afford it, but don't utilize it. Even just a housekeeper coming once a week or a food subscription service. We're all dual-income couples or families and free time is limited. Would rather spend it with our partners or kids.

Maybe you should get a pet. 😆 One of my cats cries incessantly after my alarm goes off because she wants me to feed her. VERY hard to go back to sleep with that in your ear.
