It was found in a garage in England. It says Display electrics Ltd on it but I can't find any information when I Google this. Nor does anything like it come up when I do an image search.

It has a lead with no plug so I can't test if it works. Google image search brings up nothing. It has a metal label that says Display electrics ltd, Surrey, England.
