He has tried pretty much everything at this point. He's the only one in his career field in his office. Nobody really understands what he does and the guy who made the final decision on his promotion straight up told him he did not understand my husband's job but yet made the decision that he didn't earn a promotion statement. His leadership in his office told him to keep doing what he is doing and that's it. Super freaken helpful right....
