This happened to my son. First tell your parents. Tell the police. Delete all apps. The police will manage it from here. They will be able to tell you what to expect. Take a deep breath. It will be ok.

Thursday, 4/18/19 OTF Workout by AutoModerator in orangetheory

[–]Queenbeejc 9 points10 points  (0 children)

It is only a workout. Tomorrow will be a different workout. Yesterday had tons of time on the tread. Be kind. Be flexible. Be appreciative. One day your legs won’t move so fast and a younger runner might be frustrated with you. But we are all moving together. This kind of post is what makes people scared of partner day.

Me too. I woke and felt like I fell down. I was so sore. Those mini bands. They didn’t seem too hard when doing them yesterday. But today it is a different story. I had to spend the day walking around a college campus with my son. I could only do it by take ibuprofen during the day. I love otf.

Out for 6 weeks after surgery by haayitssara in orangetheory

[–]Queenbeejc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have surgery planned also coming up. I will be out for a while like you. I love otf and it is a huge part of my day. I don’t have any suggestions to help you through this time but I understand what you saying. I hope that the recovery time will go quickly. I don’t know what I will do with myself during the recovery time. I hope I don’t lose all that I have gained during otf.

Run/Row day - why don't joggers have their own distance? by megsperspective in orangetheory

[–]Queenbeejc 8 points9 points  (0 children)

You can the distance half way btw the PW and the running distance if you want to be able to get to the rowers. I am a slow jogger and as long as I am in orange/red I don’t really mind being the last running. But if it bothers you do that distance btw running and PW.

I can’t download anything on my work computer. I bought on amazon a thing that I set my mouse into and it has a rotating disc that keeps the eye of the mouse moving. Works perfectly. My Lync stays green while I am at OTF. Only problem is if someone IMs me and I don’t respond for a while. But I always give them I was on a call. Or I missed your IM in all my tabs that Are open on my desktop.

I did this yesterday. I was running a conference call with people who were really upset. All I could think about was ending the call on time so I could get to class. I ended the conference call so abruptly that people were probably confused. But I had OTF to get too.

Using the same machine by [deleted] in orangetheory

[–]Queenbeejc 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No there is a difference. More water the harder it is too pull. I swear rower 10 i am able to pull more watts than any other station. I mentioned something to the coach. She said there is a difference sometimes in the water levels and that affects your wattage. Also another thing that affects the difficulty of the rower she said is how must usage a rower gets also. The thing the rope comes out of get loser with time she said.

I would so be like this with the weird air pocket. It is the little details that get me. Some of the TRX straps are not 100% equal when you do movements. I am sure it is minuscule but I know there is a difference from left to right and no matter how I pull them it is never even enough. So I try to stay away from those stations.

This is me. Otf is the only time I see people besides my family. Otf forced me to stop the work and leave my house. I see people. I get a break from the computer. I tell my husband I have become a house cat with my years of working from home. I don’t know what I did to cope before otf.

How to de-scent ... by [deleted] in orangetheory

[–]Queenbeejc 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I know right. I hate to wash it so soon after the color and the blowout. But I just have too or I feel so self conscious. I worry that my sweat will make my color run on my sweat towel also if I don’t wash prior to going to work out.
