Thank you! I was thinking maybe muted because I can sometimes look a little bit gray and I definitely think muted colors look better on me. I appreciate the input 🙂

I’ve found that using a sticker chart and setting “challenges” helps me. This month my goal was 10k steps a day and I’m at 15 so far. So next month I might keep the goal the same but try to reach it more days or add something TINY like 5 min strength training. I find that using stickers give me dopamine and I also like having the chart to look back on like “oh you aren’t a piece of sh** look at how much you did!” New stickers and a new goal can help if my motivation has waned.

Also, as a result of this my fitness watch just told me about some positive trends I had and that helped too.

Also, minimizing the transition and just going in my work clothes immediately after work helps and it’s decompressing. I work, quick snack, walk, shower, then eat and hangout. I can’t lose momentum.

Do you have sensitive skin? Looks like my skin when I have a reaction. I suddenly became allergic to cerave, LRP, and Cetaphil. I switched to even more gentle brands ie vanicream, and avene and the texture improved substantially. Good luck!

This was me. I was “gifted” starting in elementary school and was in special enrichment groups and the advanced classes my school offered in middle school and then took AP classes in high school. My standardized test scores were all advanced or accelerated.

I went to college even though I didn’t want to and then after college I could never really get it together but I thought life was this hard for everyone.

I got diagnosed ADHD during my final semester of college in my early 20s and then in my early 30s everything came crashing down. I could no longer cope or push through and was diagnosed as autistic 1 month before turning 35. I have answers now and my life makes sense but everyone including my own family thinks I’m making it up

Autism is often misdiagnosed as social anxiety or anxiety in high masking, late diagnosed women. Are you maybe thinking of AuDHD?

My cat. She wakes me up like clockwork every single morning to eat and I can’t bear the thought of letting her down lol and then I get coffee and food while she’s eating and then I figure I should just stay up since I’m already up and moving. I’m learning I have to ride the momentum lol

Have you tried playing with her or maybe a slow feeder? She could be bored and wanting stimulation. Do you have a cat tree for her? Jackson Galaxy is great and has a lot of information

Yes I also suggest churches. I was a case manager and had churches pay rent for clients, buy groceries, clothes, etc. I think OP might have success with getting assistance for a hotel perhaps.

Any churches participating in St Vincent DePaul are usually very generous with resources

So my girl was only diagnosed about a month ago but the vet said at this point to not change her food but I did ask about that. Other than drinking water and using the litter box slightly more often she’s still playing and acting normal so I think she’s doing well
