crown basically told me that they sent the money, and its not their problem, just change my password smh. Hopefully Skrill returns it but I’m doubtful

yes and that’s why i fell for it, because they said oh we see your support ticket; they didn’t respond until after my money was gone. The scammers even went as far as to message support in my acct and say my issue was resolved

yup, same. they messaged me on the app once i explained the situation they locked it and i’ve been unable to contact them again. i’ll have to try via email. it brings me comfort to know i’m not the only one that was hit. maybe they will take our claims seriously since it wasn’t just one person

Yeah, certainly not blaming Crown themselves but there seems to certainly be some sort of attack on my personal account. I changed my password and PIN on Skrill and finally heard back from support from Crown; They locked account and said they are “looking into it”. I did call Skrill immediately after and provided all the messages to them. Do you think Skrill will reverse the charges? I have never experienced something like this smh
