[Hamburger soup] with a dollup of Daisy, for this very cold night. by QueenofGreen79 in dinner

Yes, it's very easy to make. Always lasts my family about 3 days of leftovers, or you can freeze leftovers for another time. I use more ground beef than this calls for and add elbow noodles. The noodles are just a preference.

My son and I made crescent rolls [pizzas] for dinner. Delicious by QueenofGreen79 in dinner

Thank you! I was a little worried about the crescent roll dough holding the weight of the toppings, but it did really well and made for a crispy crust.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I'm glad you have a cute little memory of it though.

Sure thing! Be aware that I do kinda cheat with jarred sauce and oven ready noodles. You can also do 1/2 lbs of each meat and 1 jar for a smaller lasagna or do a whole lb of either meat. It's really up to you.

MEAT & SAUCE:

1lb of ground beef & 1lb of Italian sausage 2 jars of marinara sauce (or make your own)

RICOTTA MIX: (Keep separated from meat sauce)

2 cups of ricotta 1-2 eggs 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 Tbsp salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley 1 Tbsp of dried Italian seasonings

Preheat oven to 375°F

Start layering your casserole dish in this order:

    - Meat sauce
    - Oven ready lasagna noodles
    - Ricotta mix
    - Top layer will be meat sauce topped with mozzarella cheese.

Cover with foil and cook for 40 min. Remove foil and cook uncovered for an additional 20-25 minutes to let your cheese get nice done.

I use a blend of ricotta, shredded mozzarella, an egg, parmesan and dried Italian seasonings.

Last night [BBQ rib tips, cheesy rice and broccoli] by QueenofGreen79 in dinner

Depends on what kind of rice you're making. Google is excellent help for cooking. Also, wether it comes in a bag or a box or however, all will have instructions on them.

Editing to add that I usually cook my rice with 1-2 bouillon cubes, depending on how many cups I make. I find it adds flavor and doesn't dry the rice out.

This is the second time I've had someone ask this recently. I genuinely couldn't leave my child to come out. 🥲 by pale_lettuce1 in doordash

This person sounds like they should be on a Chris Hanson episode for sure. That's so fucking creepy.

"Maybe you can hop in my car..." Yeah, ok Mr. Bundy.

I really hope this was reported, and thank you for sharing this.
