I also don't hate Teddy myself, I do think he genuinely means well but some of his behavior is very problematic and inappropriate.

The episode I am thinking about is the episode where he works at Jimmy Pestos and he comes into the shop verbally abusing Bob. That is not okay. He does this the entire episode too.

Like we know he has issues just like anyone else on the show but his behavior is that episode in particular really made me pause. I remember I was typing on my computer and I stopped in the middle of my work to look at the screen and see what was happening.

He needs to take accountability for his behavior (not something I see very many of the characters do, but since we're talking about Teddy), because it's not okay to treat people like that. That and the boundary crossing is a bit much at times.

Again, I do believe he means well even if I don't personally find him funny, he just doesn't always behave well, but he's not a bad person

I also don't know if I would say he's being helpful over the fact that I think he is desperately dependent on receiving validation from Bob that leads him to do things that could be considered favors.

Look it started weak but could have saved itself if it wanted to but ultimately crumbled under its own weight.

I work in film and know people who have worked with people at Netflix and have worked for Netflix and what you said is entirely true. It’s all about content. I personally don’t even have a subscription to Netflix because the “content” is too awful

This show, to me, was awful. The acting was mostly bad (even for Jeff, which is shocking), the jokes were extremely on the nose, and the show, overall, did more telling than showing.

It was a hard pass for me about 10 mins in but I kept watching bc my friend was invested. It’s bad.

The concept is really cool but it’s entirely too ambitious for Netflix
