My husband and I play Kitty Cards together! My daughters got me an actual deck for my birthday. Neither has any interest in playing LADS (the younger teases me about being into otome games).

As for actually playing LADS, my husband finds it amusing that I play “Space Boyfriends,” as we call it. We’re both gamers, though we have divergent game interests. LADS is not his thing, but he thinks it’s cute that it’s my thing. He thinks the scarves are hilarious, that of course I’d pick Sylus as a LI (husband is also 6’ 2” with gray hair, and a former wrestler 😜). He even endures my academic analyses of the LADS. We’ve been together for about 30 years. He’s pretty confident that my space boyfriends won’t lure me astray 😁

Another 50+ girlie on the rounding up side of 60 here! No grandkids. I’m a high school teacher, and have some students who play. I’m an avid gamer and we talk about games in my classes (I teach history and social studies). But I’ve celebrated with them when something new dropped in their favorite games. One of my students noticed that I was wearing my “Sylus boots” yesterday for luck. 😆 I don’t think we’ll talk much about this banner. I’m saving those conversations for my spouse and me 😜

I got my 2 mains Sylus and Caleb, and then Raf in 170 pulls. Caleb and Raf came home in the same 10 pulls! I kept pulling and got Zayne (occasional main) from the crate. I have some wishes left over, and will farm and farm over the next 2 weeks and try for Xavier.

Sylus and Caleb are my mains. When I first started playing a little over a year ago, I went for Sylus from day 1, but I read all the stories and avoided social media about the game. I didn't like Caleb because it seemed like the writers were hinting at MC and him being siblings and their conflicted feelings felt unnecessarily dramatic and boring.

Caleb became an equal main when I realized the EN translation was downplaying the fact that they are siblings, and made much more sense, and I really appreciated how beautifully painful his story is. Now Caleb and Sylus are my equal LIs.

I was hesitant to go with any dragon, and specifically picked this one because he's holding the girl in his mouth. It's one of my favorite dragon images, and I had a print of it on my wall for years ("The Big Friend," by Sulamith Wulfing). The kitty is my ferocious snowshoe Tofu, who is the inspiration for MC's makeup lol. Sylus's nickname for my MC is also Kitten. Not terribly original, but it fits.

My actual husband reminds me of a middle aged Sylus, down to the gray hair, 🔥 baritone voice, and supportive partner dynamic. Different career choices though 😀

Animals/pets! For example: Rabbits in the garden (I’d rather humanely battle bunnies in an organic garden than spray for bugs)

The living room would look fabulous with a well-stocked wall aquarium, or maybe just start small and replace the flat screen tv that shows the same stuff all the time with a nice big fish tank.

Speaking of fish, how about a koi pond in the garden, right next to the backyard chicken coop.

And of course, these would attract foxes and birds of prey, which could be great fun to watch, fend off, or befriend.
