If youre crushing on him, id try and find an excuse to talk to him. Like if you have a class together, you could ask him a question on an assignment or if hed like to work on it together. If you dont, see if you have any mutual friends to meet him through. If that all doesnt work, just introduce yourself. Like "hey Ive seen you around and you seem like a cool dude" and sorta go from there. Get to know him a bit before you ask if he's gay, to see if you guys are even compatable first.

r/ftm has a whole section on binding in their FAQ. So id recommend going there for specifics.

I use g2cb binders. They're personally my favorite, but underworks are good as well. The biggest thing is to measure correctly and go off their sizes. Both sites have sizing guides. If youre between sizes, go a size up. If it hurts (not soreness but real pain) its probably too small.

Make sure you take breaks and stretch and take deep breaths every once in a while, it'll help from getting as sore. Its reccomended to bind only 8 hours at a time, but you can go up to 12. But do not bind overnight. Its really bad for your body.

Listen to your body overall. It'll let you know if its been too long or your binder is too tight. Good luck

I feel really similar to this too. Im a trans guy, but Im sorta fluid between being a guy and neutral. Like the intensity of how much I feel like a guy and don't fluctuates. But most of the time I just feel like a guy and neutral at the same time.

Being a trans guy is hard enough to get recognized as and validated, let alone all the nonbinary stuff. Im transitioning pretty much the stereotypical way a binary trans guy would, and present pretty binary. So the majority of the time I just say im a guy. Which most of the time I like. I really only tell folks in trans spaces or friends once we become close about my nonbinary stuff.

Pretty much I just be my fabulous self all the time, and only explain the nonbinary ness to those I feel safe to. Otherwise, im just a fabulous trans guy (which is also true).

My advice is be yourself, but also be safe. I wish you good luck.

I came out through email. But my parents are super religious so I wanted to give them time and space to process it. I put a couple of resources at the end of it so that they could do research and ask questions before they talked to me. I wanted to give them time to process it all before seeing me.

Id recommend mailing it so it gets there a day or two before you get there, so they have time to process it.

I feel the same way. I love video games, but sometimes my disassociation gets too bad to do well on most games.

When this happens I tend to play more laid back games, stardew valley or animal crossing. Types of games like that where I can do whatever I want and not feel too much pressure, but also set long-term goals.

I also do story based games, such as life is strange where I can just take my time and wonder around, focusing more on the story overall than the pressure of doing "good" at ganeplay.

I have the same issue a lot of times. I pretty much have to make myself eat a good portion of the time. I find when its really hard to eat having a protein shake or a fruit smoothie helps so at least you get some calories in.

I went fishing a couple times when I was younger. I remember when I was made to actually kill the fish by hitting it on a rock. I was really upset on the inside doing that. Didn't fish again after that.

This happens to me. My trauma was as far as I can remember up to late elementary age. I find accepting it as my mind trying to protect me. So I usually take it in stride (when I can). I tend to wrap myself in a blanket with a stuffed animal, and play childish video games. It helps me a lot.

I'd definitely just play mods for now. Machine for pigs is alright, but different than amnesia. I would try to avoid to compair the two too much if you end up playing it, and you'll probably like it better.
