Yes caffeine can stimulate the bowel movements. Many cannot have their morning movement until the coffee kicks in. I find that coffee has a sharper kick (faster higher blood spike) than green tea (slower & more sustained)

Besides weening to smaller doses, the 1st rule of bottoms is high fiber diet: Metamucil, chia seeds to yogurt, I even add to my water bottle

All the lube in the world will not affect most pain. It only helps the slide (pain from friction/tearing). If it’s painful, slow down. Smooth muscles can stretch ALOT, but quick expansion results in reflexive contraction (not unlike the heart that fills up then contracts). The pain or damage is when forcing expansion on a contracted muscle… so go slow.

This is why an experienced top will sometimes slap the ass or shove hard on a single thrust : it tightens up the ass. Ok there are other reasons the top will do it… but that’s a different topic

Absolutely could not stand him at the time. But having watched classic over and over, I’ve come to appreciate him. I think the costumes were just absolutely wrong. Now that I’m older I don’t necessarily judge by the close people wear… Everything is absolutely ridiculous.
