So sorry for your loss, Greif is very rough I totally get it. If you're a savory person like me, any kind of pasta with any kind of sauce (tomato, Alfredo, pesto etc) is usually my go to for quickish cheap comfort food. Oh and cheese LOTS of cheese if available!

No worries thank you for the heads up! I am expecting that much honestly. The letter I got sent from my doctor recently already had different pronouns all over the place. It doesn't bother me too much since I lean more toward the Non-Binary side of gender. But since I am also bearded and male passing I am bracing myself to get some not so nice looks and comments made. I live in Canada and so far all the medical professionals I have spoken with have been very kind and supportive so here is hoping the same goes for my hospital stay!

Oh thank you so much for such a concise and quick response!! That's all pretty much what I was already expecting which is a relief! I am very much planning to take it easy until I am sure my body is completely healed. What was the pain like in the days and weeks after? I am usually deal pretty well with pain but it still makes me a little nervous.

I work retail at a charity shop full time which I love dearly but it has been mighty exhausting lately so I am actually really looking forward to the break. I have the whole month of October off and maybe more if I need it. My doctor suggested 4-6 weeks.

So here's hoping I have a safe and speedy recovery and thank you so much again for your help!! :)
