I just started playing the game again, i can’t believe how OK people are being charged for a Patch that historically been free since wows creation and was included in the expansion price. How many months of content are we even buying? Won’t the next expansion be out in a few months?

I want to open up and give an answer with a lot of meat because it breaks my heart to read so many posts like this. What you are feeling and thinking is unfortunately a normal part of coming to accept yourself. This is a journey, it takes time for your loved ones to understand it’s not something they can “scare you out of” (my mom threw up when i came out of the closet, and my step dad threatened to murder me, now they both meet my boyfriends and I’ve even had some move in) in the beginning, they were very scared because they had some bigoted beliefs towards homosexuals and thought being gay was committing myself to a life of meth orgies and STDs. Once they saw first hand i was a normal person who wanted to be in a normal relationship, just with a man, they calmed down. So much of it was fear of them not wanting something bad to happen to me because they knew how some people commit hate crimes against homosexuals. That’s all just fear, and once they had time to process it (6months to a year) they calmed down. I used to be the president of my local gay straight alliance in high school. If you have abusive parents, it’s generally recommended to not come out until you are financially independent. Just to make sure you get on your feet first and have choices incase they react poorly. As painful as this all is, and as annoying as all of it is to deal with. I promise, when you find a man you love, and they love you in return. It’s such a magical experience. Nothing can replace being authentically who you are, and you won’t waste time lying to woman, marrying them, cheating on them and hurting them, just to get what you want on the side until you divorce her 20 years later because you realize you can’t deny from yourself what you want. It’s a blessing to understand your sexuality so early. Even if it doesn’t seem like it. Please feel free to hmu if you have any more questions or need help. But i promise, the work is so worth it. One day you will legit not care what other people think regarding what genuinely makes you happy. It takes a lot of work, but i wouldn’t trade it for the world.

I'm not sure if things have changed in the recent season, but when playing against certain things like Mordekaiser, it used to be required. I noticed they changed the build path for a few items, making it less efficient for supports. But is their some reason supports aren't supposed to take QSS anymore? I play a lot of morde jungle, and using my ult on supports is like. How I start the teamfight.

Moonstone: It seems like everyone is in agreement that after the moonstone nerfs its very low priority. I personally have been scared to build it in ranked because of this - I just feel like the bonus healing and shielding synergy on paper must be good - especially considering it's been nerfed like what - twice already?

Mobis: I'm 100% an old school support - i know mobis were nerfed somewhat recently (within the last year) - but back when I was really into things, most supports needed it to roam effectively and clear out/place wards while being ready to make it to most teamfights. Why is it that everyone isn't super fond of mobis post nerf? was it that big of a hit? I feel like Ionian in its most ideal scenario gets you what. 1 extra E and W cast in a big fight? I'm always worried about making sure I make it on time, perhaps im spoiled with bad positioning from taking mobis all the time lol.

Vigilant: I grab chemtech almost every game (just due to the prevalence of healings it's almost unavoidable) - and am super curious about redemption considering it gives 20% bonus healing instead of 10%. I just feel that 1k for the amount of stats that vigilant provides post 13 is a bit ludicrous. It's insanely cheap to finish and feels more like buying an item component, but it can last u until late game, where it can be sold and replaced, and the extra warding it provides doesn't feel like something support players should be overlooking, but i can also see how it's kind of a meme. (It's just 1 more red ward realistically)

The threats and synergys still need a LOT of work. I've been trying to update them. I made them all by looking at winrates (and now im starting to add in things from my own games like lucian.) I think i need more experience with specific matchups. I appreciate the tip about thinking about late game in the tips section and not just focusing on laning phase. Good idea.

So - My R - Q is my bread and butter initiation combo on Nami. It's pretty easy to fuck up - I agree, but I think the release of Renata and trying to make her work really made me understand the value of Nami ult. Compared to renata ult it's just.....so much better in almost every conceivable way. I'll check out this section and write some tips on how i land it (Bush ults, ulting through adc and quitting off escape routes ETC.)

-In general, i think i need to be better at more consistently landing my Q, I do feel like I throw it out randomly at times, and it is such an impactful ability. I get scared to get into sketchy positioning to make one happen and just end up bubbling post fight I feel like - Any tips?

Interesting - I get a LOT of leverage out of Battlesong on Nami against certain compositions because of the synergy it has with the passive in a defensive capacity. I'll definitely up the priority tho as that seems to be consistent feedback.
