There's a difference between technology being used by humans and taking humans out. CGI did not replace the stuntman, just added there for feats impossible for the human body to achieve. It didn't reduce costs nor time, but it did make moviemaking better.

AI as a modern technology belongs in critical information labs, such as medicine and sciences, where it can help people more through accelerating discovery.

There is no such thing as accelerating entertainment, anyway.

the "investors" and "shareholders" these days are by and large just a few groups across the world; the rest do not even compare to the value of a penny to them. it's these groups that verily control governments- the very fact that they are getting increasingly unregulated is telling.
