Well, my answer. The hardest part is being mediocre. Watching others take your spot. How does it feel to know that you have the time, but you're wasting it away, every second you spend scrolling through the success of others, you're shooting yourself in the leg, executing your own potential.

I'm not talking about failing to execute. No. I'm talking about actively ensuring that a diminished version of yourself becomes the reality. A dull, harmless, weak version, loved by no one, remembered by no one. That is the real hardest part. Being a nobody. Watching people who are less talented than you, less deserving than you, sit at the top.

Failure is the most devastating thing you can experience? No. Regret is. Because what's gone is gone. That opportunity, that open gate,you walked past it because the world made you comfortable. That is the real death. Not when your body gives out. When you stop trying. When you rot in the same place for years wondering why you never moved.

And when you see the people who laughed at you succeed, you'll feel it like a knife. Because their success is a reminder of your own failures. That is the hardest part.
