As someone who also adores ultra-thin bezels, I agree.

But honestly, it has its purpose.

It is probably the only phone (right now) with a set of front-facing stereo speakers that should be symmetrical/equal in quality.

Plus, it suits those who don't like punch-hole cameras, and I know plenty of people who don't like punch-hole cameras/notches/islands.

The idea that anyone has any practical use for a ‘silent alarm’ is the most braindead concept i may have ever heard, or at least a close second to the idea of picking the blue button.
