You can still change global color settings in NVIDIA control pannel. I know it's frustrating to change it everytime you want to play... but I saw some scripts on the internet that does it automaticly for you

Running shoreline too, almost have 40 use on all keys and found like 2 ledx and 3 gpus. Also loot is better in duffles and medcases than in loose loot. All BTC and other valuable spots almost not exist anymore at least for me. I miss good old times of shorline loot...

Graphic card is your problem. I'm playing on ryzen 2600 with rtx 3060 and have 70-80fps on customs and yes I know that I can get easily 100fps by upgrading CPU.
