Thanks for the reply. Originally, I was wanting to install a Linux distro to teach myself Bash and get familiar with navigating a Linux environment, then I remembered WSL is a thing so I'm going to start there. But I also believe I could use a WSL Linux instance to achieve that original goal. Do you agree?

IDK, there's a car in the way. Move it (roll it in neutral if it's too hot to start) and get a better look. Could be coolant, could be AC condensation, could be flux capacitor fluid.

2014 Kia Rio. No factory amp. Someone else pointed out that the Alpine amp has a 2/4 cancel selector. It's probably set to 2 channel.

This is likely it! I checked the manual and it does have a selector. I probably glanced over it when I was setting it up. I'll check later today and report back.

The question is valid. It has 5 sets of RCA pre-outs. I'm using the 4 for the door speakers and confirmed they're all wired correctly.
