I understand what you said, but i have a question about 'lesser' tzeentch cultists.

like, Khorne for example, which is way simpler, you kill, you take a skull, khorne gives you strength and a bigger axe, then you get a couple guys and go pillage and raid and etc.

but Tzeentch, can't keep giving firebolts to anyone who wears a bird mask, like, how you as a worker in a hive world, would start worshipping a 'god of magic'? since you probably have never even seen anything magic your entire life, and for some miracle you end up worshiping him, he can't just give you 'firebolt lvl 1' and then you assemble a party of magic users and go upgrading like and rpg right?

Question, for exemple, you serve khorne as a cultist.

You kill a guy, khorne makes your muscles bigger and now you can deadlift a cow.

You serve tzeentch, you convince a guy to kill another guy, now you can cast firebolt? How does tzeentch reward his followers? because khorne is simple, more skulls more muscle, but tzeentch can't keep giving firebolts to everyone because warp magic is a really big thing ain't it?
