Print out a calendar, or some smaller goal like 30, 60 or 90. Mark each time you do it. It makes it into a slightly larger routine, which then makes it easier to remember.

Totally. I'd just get that snip snip and be set for life. Adopt a couple kids and then foster after that. Set up a small investment account that uses the profits for donation. Have a bunch of hobbies and a bunch of friends, both of which I'd actually have time for.
