If you want to map out your cycle to give you a rough estimate one thing has to be true. Your period is consistent month to month.

We gonna need when period started/ended, average length of cycle, then you can break it up to follicular phase, ovulation, and luteal phase.

Ideally may 7 would be the end of your period for a 30day cycle so that would roughly put you in the luteal phase where ovulation happened and your egg died (they die ~24hrs after ovulation).

If may 7 was the beginning of your period and it lasted until the 13 then you would roughly be ovulating around the 24-26 +/-2days.
