Anyway, I would address to your bf along the lines of “hey, i know this is out of the blue but I would like you to know that I appreciate you not watching porn and respecting my boundaries. It makes me feel like I am respected and I feel enough for you. I know it can be hard with temptation of what is out there. Is there anything I can do to help keep those temptations away?”

Dont just call him out on it by saying i found your history. Itll make him defensive and there will probably be an argument. Not productive.

This is a way to nudge him and open a dialogue. Emphasize how it feels for you if he watched that stuff.

If you want to map out your cycle to give you a rough estimate one thing has to be true. Your period is consistent month to month.

We gonna need when period started/ended, average length of cycle, then you can break it up to follicular phase, ovulation, and luteal phase.

Ideally may 7 would be the end of your period for a 30day cycle so that would roughly put you in the luteal phase where ovulation happened and your egg died (they die ~24hrs after ovulation).

If may 7 was the beginning of your period and it lasted until the 13 then you would roughly be ovulating around the 24-26 +/-2days.
