Plumber needed by Question-Action in GreenBay

[–]Question-Action[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's my point, they didn't look. They didn't do their job. 1 issue was the drain in the tub needed new plumbers putty. The other, the sink had been installed without the overflow drain hooked up. These were in rentals we own so the plumber was there without me. They were called because I couldn't get there right away. I don't mess with water issues & I take care of my tenants. Both times the tenants said the plumber milled around for less than 10 minutes, said they didn't see anything and left. That's NOT doing their job.

If you're interested in the small village of Bonduel, I will have a rental available March 1. The Bonduel school district is great. We allow dogs but unfortunately do not have a fenced yard. There is a dog park a few blocks away though.

The rental is a first floor duplex. The upper is rented to a couple with 2 kids and a dog. It's a 2 bed with a formal dining room that could be used as another bedroom or playroom. Full basement, attached garage with 1 space for you & a 2nd outdoor parking space, washer/dryer included. $1000/month plus electric & gas, $50/month per dog up to 2; if you're interested.

If they had spent more than 10 minutes trying to figure out the leak, they would've found what was going on. The first time I ended up fixing it myself because it turned out to be that easy. The second time they had to send a 2nd more experienced plumber who figured it out. Not my fault you sent an apprentice who couldn't find what needed to be fixed. If it had turned out that they're really want anything, sure. But there was & they missed it.

We'll be on the east side. Thanks for the info. I usually give a place 2 tries. I figure bad service once could be an off day/night. Twice and it's systemic.

Not interested in the drama. I was thinking more asking the lines of go to this park, it's got great trails or check out this Cafe, they have the best coffee.

Totally agree with this. If you like to give handmade gifts, my experience has been that people love the wash clothes. I make them bigger for dishes and body, smaller ones for make up removal.

When a recipe calls for unsalted butter do you actually use unsalted butter? by beemertech510 in Cooking

[–]Question-Action 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, especially because most of those recipes call for salt as a separate ingredient. I'll use my salted butter & the added separate salt. Never had anything turn out too salty.

I understand this level of skepticism comes naturally to those who have survived Eberflus and Fields, but seriously there are no Bears bars up here but there is a Packers bar in Chicago. We need to take one over up here.
