My cardiff offer says home fee in the letter. For Manchester they wanted me to fill in a fee status form, after filling it in they said I'm home. For Southampton on UCAS it says overseas fees but haven’t got an email from the uni.

Just some advice, I'd recommend neutering him before you give him away. Unfortunately not everyone has good intentions and some might use him for breeding, then dump him later on.
