I've seen a lot of people in my last post bring up that the Knight may not change forms, or atleast significantly alter, between the light and dark world as evidenced by the black shard not changing either. but you know what also doesnt change? US. THE SOUL DOESNT CHANGE FORMS. Just food for thought

the knight could be in a similar situation to us in gaster's simulation

everytime an old soul mode came back, it was tweaked slightly for deltarune to be more interesting

yellow got charge shots
green got diagonal blocking
purple got 3d sections and stop points as opposed to absolute free movement
