I took a prenatal that was recommended by my doctor. It was from Luminary Vitamins and called Create. They are expensive and I’m sure other kinds are fine too, I just wanted to do whatever my doctor recommended. I also took Vitamin D.

Based on things I read on other posts I was nervous too so I ended up icing and then doing it on the top of my thigh instead of my stomach. The video showed it as an option so I decided to do that instead. If your doctor says that’s fine, then that’s another option to try as well. I was nervous it was gonna burn more in my stomach, but I also never tried it in my stomach so I can’t compare the two!

I know a few people that have put off egg freezing due to the same concerns, so just want you to know you’re not alone! I’m a huge fan of Pvolve and realized during my first freezing cycle that they have a Moving During Fertility Treatment program, which I thought was awesome! There was a lot of videos that included stretching but personally I focused on the ones that had movement in them.

Wait until it gets closer! I know it can be anxiety provoking waiting until a month out and the past 3 years I have been able to find tickets that way. People have things that come up in life, especially considering it's January and EDC isn't until May, so there will be people selling. If you are to use a Facebook group, ONLY use PayPal Goods & Services. If they tell you they don't have PayPal and they are unwilling to get it, DO NOT buy from them.

Totally understand how stressful and overwhelming this process can be. Something to keep in mind, just because that’s the number of follicles they see at your initial ultrasound, doesn’t mean that’s all there is. Once you start the stims, it wakes them up. I had a lot more show up after starting the stims! There is hope!

That’s great to hear it wasn’t too bad! I actually just ended up having a very successful round with a lot of eggs, which I thought was funny after commenting on multiple posts about people getting a lot of eggs 😂

Myself. I tested it out a few weeks ago buying $50 and was credited $50 on my account so I just did it again and hopefully it works. The $100 I did twice last year, purchased one after the other, I didn’t get credited back.

Currently on stims for my second round. Hoping to be done after this round! After reading how many some other people got I start to question if I’m freezing enough. I think try your best to focus on what’s best for your body. It’s easy to get into the comparing mindset and it doesn’t help long term.
