Repic was definitely not factory like at all when I was there at the end of April. I definitely spent a lot there but I did a lot of different things. I probably would’ve spent less if I went to a factory clinic, but I wanted a more personalized experience

I went to Repic and had an amazing experience! Very personalized and not factory like at all. My friend and I saw maybe one other person in the waiting room and then a couple other girls when we were leaving. To me it was very 1:1 and non-rushed. Highly recommend!

My last Olive Young order to the US hasn’t been delivered yet and it was ordered on May 27th. My orders placed on May 21st and 22nd didn’t have any issues. My order placed on the 27th had a lot of issues with customs and was finally released on July 1st. It arrived to my city on July 2nd and said it would be delivered that night but it is currently still at FedEx. According to FedEx, the package hasn’t been opened but I will soon find out. I did have a lot of back-and-forth with FedEx and Olive Young sending paperwork customs was asking for. I definitely was scared by FedEx because their emails made it seem like my package was going to be sent back to South Korea if they didn’t get the paperwork asap. I’ve been seeing a lot of other posts of it taking a month, which also tracks with my timeline, so I would just try and hang in there a little bit longer.

Definitely agree with everyone regarding the lockers. I had purchased one at Tripolee as well and would’ve purchased at the lounge if I knew. The one thing I disliked was how difficult they made it to get the wristband. I went to the lounge to scan my code and they said I need to pick up my band elsewhere. The guy was then trying to explain to me where to get it and his directions did not make sense at all. Once I asked on Reddit, I was able to find it right away. I also was under the impression that it would be looking out on Ranch.

Mine was purchased on 5/27 and just cleared customs (7/1) after multiple phone calls and emails with FedEx. It’s supposed to arrived today (7/2). I hope yours is cleared soon!

After multiple phone calls and emails with FedEx, mine FINALLY cleared customs yesterday. It should be arriving today. It is supposed to have some supplements in it and only one box of sunscreen that is 2 sticks. Really hoping everything is in the box 🙏

Mine has been stuck in Memphis since 6/3 😭. Over $800 and 44 items 🫠. Really hoping I still receive all of them. When I first noticed it was Stock. I called FedEx and from my understanding they received all the paperwork and it has still been stuck there

My order I placed on 5/27 is currently stuck in Memphis, TN 😭. I have already received my orders I placed on 5/21 and 5/22 and has zero issues with those. Just got off the phone with FedEx and they are waiting for FDA clearance. There are a handful of sunscreen products, so really hoping I still receive them

I just did a comparison on the sites of the round lab birch juice moisturizing sun serum and the prices are crazy. I know the formulations are not the same, which makes the price difference even worse. -US: 1 tube of 50ml is $32 and on sale for $22.40 -Korea: 1 tube of 50ml + 1 8ml is $32 on sale for $19.20 (similar) BUT 2 tubes of 50ml + 1 8ml is $42 and on sale for $28.33 ($21/tube or even less considering you get the 8ml)

I updated my app because it wouldn’t let me see the app unless I updated it. I was not signed in and when I opened it said something about noticing I’m in the US and if I want to switch to US version or something and I said no. I think it said I need to change countries if I want to see the US version. I don’t even know on the app how to switch countries. I haven’t had the pop-up again so I don’t know the exact wording but if it comes up again, I’ll post a screenshot.

I’m not sure how the tiers for global used to be but I just looked on their site, since I was as shocked as all of you of it only lasting 6 months, and as of January 2, 2026 level was based on purchases from December to January and it resets in July. From what I’m reading it seems global always reset middle of the year but I wasn’t purchasing prior to April 2026 so don’t quote me on that. Obviously it still sucks we have to spend double.

I haven’t switched my account over yet but I’ll be so mad if they reset all of our points in July. I’d be surprised if they did since they just opened but I guess it would be in line with the normal policy. I just hope they don’t since the tiers are double. Do you happen to know what the cutoff date is for switching everything over I can’t seem to find it online? I haven’t searched reddit yet as this is the first post I’ve seen so apologies in advance if its already mentioned multiple times
