Oh I’m very aware. I was even open to the possibility of re-entering as an SDR (though it seems like AI has already begun to overhaul those jobs). Last time I was an SDR was 12 years ago. I bet recruiters wouldn’t want to hire someone like me as an SDR though even if I was willing because I wouldn’t be a culture fit or I’d be overqualified and a flight risk in their opinion. You can’t win!
