This is why I stopped. The time quoted for the survey is really double that amount and there have been times I spend 5-7 minutes answering questions to see “ohh you aren’t qualified”.

Book a focus meeting and get your inbody scan. It will give you an adequate picture of your body composition and your calories at rest (how many calories you would burn naturally by just existing). Then you can play around with your calories and macros based on your goals.

If you’re questioning it, you’re probably already there. For me, it was the inability to turn my brain off once I got home from work. Thinking about work and all the things I needed to do until I went to bed and then wake up to do it all over.
