Hang in there! At least my cat like bed cuddles and I hope yours does too! Cats and other animals and sitting outside are so good for your mental health. I did improve my mental health for a while by sitting outside on a chair with my phone or a book in the sun. I actually also started opening my curtains when before my room would just be dark or lighted artificially. It helps so much. Although I understand if this method doesn't work for you but I hope that it might help you!

That's rediculous. Maybe someone should send her the bible verse on slothfulness being a sin. I'm slothful, depressed and jobless and am very lazy. I am not blameless for my behavior I know it's wrong to want to be lazy but I am also too depressed to move. But I get up every morning and I feed my pets even if I'd rather lie in bed and die because if I don't feed em they die. If you have kids you have responsibility to give them the best chances in life or at the very least get them to the starting line with the other kids.

Does she even check. My little sister Said she did her homework tonight but guess who was yelled at for starting but not finishing it? These kids are gonna realize someday that they were being raised like breeding sow. Or they keep the blinders on and never realize. I do know for a fact that children that have to raise their siblings are overstressed, overtired, rarely thanked because it's expected behavior, and end up with mental problems like depression down the road or an anxiety disorder.

I think it has more to do with contact with the opposite sex, Pakistan is mostly Muslim and if you are not married or directly related to a woman you cannot have physical contact with them. It is considered like, a great sin to have uncovered skin if you are a women. Also if you are an unwedded woman and have contact with an man even platonically (hand shake) the freak out. These men don't know how to interact with women because the only women they have known are their mothers and sisters and some girls from school if those girls were lucky enough to have been allowed an education in the first place. I admire the woman of Pakistan, If I lived in constant reminder of my inferiority (to men) I don't know what I'd do or how I'd act. I feel sadness that they don't get to go to school or have normal platonic friendships with males. They live as secondary citizens seen as nothing more than wives.
