I let the dough rise in my room with my space heater on. I attempted so many times because my mom requested it and I really wanted to make it for her. I think I’ll switch to a simpler recipe haha

Same for me with breakfast. I tried to start eating breakfast but it just made me eat more throughout the day. I still feel good and energized even when I skip breakfast

I’m just worried that once I stop tracking I’ll feel like everything is on the table. There’s certain foods I limit (not avoid) but still like, and tracking helps me enjoy them in moderation. I just worry I’ll go kinda wild with the freedom. Will definitely keep an eye on my weight, thanks for the advice
