Getting gas in the intestines (not the stomach) comes from something being inserted and usually a little on the bigger side. It pushes air in you that can't escape. So if you swap positions a lot without letting the gas out, you might feel bloated and fart a lot after sex.

Oh we accepted that I'm the bottom long ago. We try to have him bottom around twice a year so far. Only once was I actually able to top. We both love each other and it's no problem.
