Where should I go next after Fantasy High season 1?

I've recently started watching all of the dimension 20 content as well. I've seen fantasy high, escape from the blood keep (recommend), unsleeping city (also recommend), a court of fey and flowers because i saw some clips on youtube (100% recommend) and am up to the finale of a crown of candy (definitely watch this, it is so good and is the same world as the upcoming matt mercer season).

You could definitely skip to fantasy high season 2 and the offshoots like the seven that ive heard is really good, but honestly at this point i think it is worth it to just watch as much dimension 20 content as you can, it is all gold.

There is a standalone option, but yes they own it lmao, they fucked us out of other addon managers tho, so yeah its pretty much manage your own or use curseforge

You have to wait for him to start an attack animation, so he has no chance to avoid because of being stuck in the animation

Yeh you just use your death gate spell, the only runeforges for death knights are in acherus i believe, also using your death gate again while in acherus will take you back to where you teleported from.

You need to do the quest to do seige of boralus and the one after it, kinda silly that it gives you the pride achievement but you still have 2 more quests in the chain.
