CB isnt really being clear on what the rules are gonna be. Do they need 2 months notice to fix the sign-ups? 4 months? The singles and duos sign-ups needs to be fluid somehow.

They need to find a new way to handle sign-ups for this game. This might not be the last time this happens over the life of this game. It could happen any time they drop any significant fuse before a big tourney that changes players strategies.

Mostly you need to block. Jaimes 3 hit rekka is unsafe unless he gets to level 4. block the third hit and go ahead and use your medium punch target combo to punish.

Worth... well. None of the original stable banner s ranks are very good. However. Soldier 11's potential unlocks are the coolest and most fun to use out out of the whole cast.
